    WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday; 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (30 minute unpaid lunch)

    WORK CALENDAR:  190 days per year

    REPORTS TO: Community Education Program Manager

    CLASSIFICATION: ROPE, Regular; B-2-3

    SALARY:  $28,129 (entry level) - $28,940 (prorated based on hire date)

    JOB SUMMARY: 
    • Interview students for enrollment information and conduct in-take testing
    • Maintain student records
    • Maintain SiD - student information data platform
    • Schedule student intakes and follow up appointments
    • Send emails and alerts to students
    • Monitor attendance and administer post-testing
    • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, fact sheets, forms, certificates, transcripts, mailings, etc to share with staff and community partners
    • Disseminate information to staff and outside agencies
    • Provide technology support to students and staff (if needed): Google suite, distance learning platforms, etc
    • Proctor testing for Accuplacer and Master Teacher
    • Run background checks 
    • Provide front office assistance when necessary
    • Perform tasks within the level of responsibility of position as assigned by the College and Career Coordinator or Program Manager.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • College degree or completed some college courses or at least 2 years working in Adult Education
    • Experience working with historically underrepresented groups.
