Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/MARSS Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate processing of accounts payable, and maintaining MARSS (Minnesota Automated Reporting Student System) records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain MARSS records, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve inquiries and facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Assist in financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role or willing to learn.
- Data entry in systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
