Performance Duties & Responsibilities: Provide supervision to assigned students. Assist students with academic tasks. Aid in preparing snacks and materials. Collaborate with the director in planning and implementing daily activities. Maintain cooperative working relationships with the director at all times. Foster a positive relationship with children. Attend ACE staff meetings. Perform other duties related to ACE as assigned by the director or principal. Other Functions: Daily attendance and punctuality are required to ensure the goals of the work unit are met. Working Environment: The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. Generally, the job requires 20% sitting, 80% walking, 10% lifting/carrying, and 80% standing. |
