Performance Duties & Responsibilities:   Demonstrate a positive role for public relations in representing the school system.   Perform administrative support/secretarial duties for the Directior of Exceptional Education    Prepare financial and related reports, documents, and presentations. Prepare correspondence and memos. Order and organize supplies for the department.   Organize and maintain an efficient filing system.    Maintain a calendar schedule. Other duties as assigned.    Telephone receptionist Greet and direct all visitors as necessary Perform other duties as assigned.   Other Functions:    Daily attendance and punctuality are required to ensure the goals of the work unit are met.
Working Environment:   The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands:    Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. Generally, the job requires 35% walking/standing, 55% sitting and 10% lifting/carrying.
Evaluation:   System evaluation completed by supervising teacher and/or Principal/Assistant Principal/Instructional Specialist.
