Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is looking for an Elementary Physical Education teacher at Bear Creek Elementary School beginning with the 2025-26 school year. Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 17 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 18, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,000-$71,866. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website. *This position is eligible for a new hire bonus of $2,000, $1000 to be paid after 90 days and $1000 paid in March 2026 paycheck.
Full-time employees, employed at least thirty hours per week, of Lewis-Palmer School District are eligible for health insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision, and a life insurance.
