Title:
Analyst III, HRIS Systems Analyst Provides district HRIS Technical Support. Analyzes, designs, creates, implements, and supports systems and programs based on user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve application programs.
Essential Functions: • Implements application development and support work that follows best practices, internal standards, policies, and pragmatic development.
• Provides guidance in developing and maintaining data integrity and validity for various applications.
• Conducts training on New HR applications and technical products. Serves as first level MUNIS and Frontline support.
• Responds to inquiries regarding Human Resources data. SQL/SSRS navigation and data requests. This often involves providing information, troubleshooting issues, and escalating more complex problems to specific HRIS team members if necessary.
• Analyzes, designs, and troubleshoots HR technology systems and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Analyzes and resolves employee data management concerns through periodic audits, reconciles data for accuracy, initiates processes, loads data, and facilitates process completion. Supports HR state/federal reporting, audits, or compliance checks when needed.
• Supports management with project planning, risk assessment, and project tracking to deliver timely HRIS solutions.
• Manages support with both internal and external audit requests, including data requests and reports. Follow defined processes for change requests as per documentation.
• Plans, processes, and performs development in an efficient manner with minimum assistance from the supervisor.
• Familiarity with HRIS software and systems. Understanding of how HRIS systems integrate with other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, time, and attendance).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related area. An Associate's Degree is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of technical-level systems support, or closely related experience is required.
