    Title: Specialist, Registration Support

    The Registration Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the student registration process across multiple schools. This role requires extensive travel to various school locations to provide on-site assistance, ensuring a seamless and efficient registration experience for students, parents, and school personnel.

    Essential Functions:

    • Travel to Schools: Visit various school sites to provide hands-on support during registration periods.
    • Registration Management: Oversee the collection and processing of registration forms, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
    • Technical Support: Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of online registration systems and software.
    • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to school staff on registration procedures and the use of registration systems.
    • Customer Service: Address inquiries and concerns from students, parents, and school staff regarding the registration process.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student registrations and ensure data integrity.
    • Coordination: Collaborate with school administrators and other stakeholders to coordinate registration activities and schedules.
    • Compliance: Ensure that all registration activities comply with relevant policies and regulations.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • High School Diploma required.
    • Associate degree or equivalent completed college course work relative to general office procedures, bookkeeping, and computer entry from a Georgia Professional Standards Commission-approved accredited college or university preferred.
    • Minimum three (3) years of experience in general office procedures, bookkeeping, and computer entry required or an equivalent combination of courses and responsible office/clerical experience required.
