Purpose:

Seattle Preparatory School seeks a visionary and organized Ignatian leader to serve as Director of Institutional Research and Academic Coordination / Summer Programs Principal. This role will entail envisioning and conducting strategic research and evaluation studies that will advance data-informed decisions, programs, and initiatives across the school. This position also coordinates key academic projects including the master scheduling process. This dynamic leader will serve as Summer Programs Principal, overseeing all of Seattle Prep’s academic, co-curricular, and enrichment summer programs. This includes growing and enhancing offerings for current and prospective students, planning and supervising summer programs, and evaluating the efficacy of summer programs. In close collaboration with administration, faculty, staff, and members of the greater education community, this leader will develop a newly designed role to ensure Ignatian excellence across programs and throughout the summer.  This is a full-time, 12 months per year position with holidays and vacation time off. 
 
Essential Functions: 
 
Institutional Research and Academic Coordination 
 
• Provide leadership and direction in the design, prioritization, reporting, and implementation of research and assessment activities in support of school-wide decision making and planning. 
• Plan and lead data collection and analysis efforts to support strategic initiatives, program efficacy, the student experience, and other priorities. Ensure that data collection and reporting processes are reliable, valid, ethical and systematic.  
• Collect and manage student and institutional data (including student demographics, standardized test scores, AP scores, HSPT scores, grades, activities, honors, awards, schedules). 
• Create and analyze reports in response to data requests and school initiatives. Complete school-wide reports as required by the JSN, Archdiocese of Seattle, and the State of Washington. 
• Review longitudinal and disaggregated data trends and translate raw data into accessible visualizations to increase the ease of data interpretation and inform decisions. 
• Oversee and coordinate the student evaluation process of teachers twice a year.  
• Manage the course request process, including the coordination of student placements, course requests, and appeals for both incoming freshmen and returning students.  Coordinate data input and output for this project with the Registrar. 
• Lead the scheduling team to build and publish the master schedule and allocate classroom spaces for the academic schedule.  Manage master schedule-related data including staffing, course sections, honors or non-honors enrollment. 
• Evaluate transcripts of transfer candidates and create schedules for accepted transfer students. 
 
Summer Programs 
 
• Supervise academic, co-curricular, and enrichment summer programs. Enhance offerings for current and prospective students, and plan, oversee, and evaluate programs. 
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and support summer teachers, moderators, and coaches.  
• In collaboration with Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning and department chairs, design and execute for-credit summer courses for current students and bridge programs for incoming students. 
• In collaboration with the Athletic Director and Assistant Principal for Student Life, ensure robust co-curricular summer programs for elementary school students, incoming and current students. 
• In collaboration with the Directors of Admissions and Marketing/Communications, expand summer offerings to a greater range of elementary school students and ensure timely and engaging marketing to prospective participants and partner schools. 
• Develop and monitor budgets for Summer Programs. Oversee summer program stipends, issue contracts, and monitor budgets in collaboration the Director of Human Resources and CFO. 
• Work closely with the Dean of Students and Director of Facilities to supervise the safety, attendance, and facilities functions of the Summer Program.  
 
Other Functions 
 
• Present to a variety of stakeholders, including offering faculty and staff training on how to use data to make mission-aligned decisions, marketing to external partners to promote summer programs, and sharing study results to community groups. 
• Participate in external professional organizations and JSN programs and develop relationships with external partners to ensure best practices and innovation. 
• Oversee the school accreditation process. 
• Serve on committees and spearhead special projects as requested by the Principal.  
• Engage fully in the life of the school: this includes supervision of students, participation in meetings, retreats, professional development, and all school masses and assemblies. 
 
Minimum qualifications: 
 
• A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Leadership, Data Science, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Understanding of best practices and current trends in education, including in academics, co-curriculars, and business functions of the school.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data utilizing technology.  
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with colleagues. 
• Demonstrated commitment to professional growth. 
• Ability to multi task, prioritize requests, and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: 
 
• Master's Degree.
• Five or more years of teaching, co-curricular, or school leadership experience, preferably in a high school. 
• Experience with Jesuit, Catholic education. 
• Expertise in launching, leading, growing, and evaluating programs, preferably in a school setting.
• Experience utilizing a range of technological software for scheduling, reporting, and analysis. 
• Demonstrated marketing, promotion, and communication expertise. 
• Demonstrated ability to build an academic schedule and school calendar. 
• Washington State Teaching or Leadership Credential, or other appropriate certification. 
 
Compensation & Benefits:
 
Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 annually. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications. This is a 12 month position. 
 
Our excellent benefits package includes an allowance of $19,800 annually that may be applied to benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and flexible spending account.  Employees who do not elect insurance may choose to receive the benefits allowance as supplemental pay.  Our 403b program includes up to a 7.5% employer contribution when employee match considerations are met.  Generous time off, sick leave, and a school sponsored medical leave program.

Position Summary 
The Director of Enrollment recruits and enrolls new students and is responsible for meeting the annual enrollment goal set by the Executive Team. What You’ll Do

• Build external relationships to recruit students who fit the Cristo Rey student profile with Catholic, public, charter and other private elementary and middle high schools as well as with community organizations, employers, groups and nonprofits serving youth and parents.
• Effectively manage the Student Enrollment Coordinator, who assists the Director in all areas of Recruitment and Enrollment.
• Represent CRJS to potential students and their families at high school expos, church services, community fairs, and other gatherings. 
• Report progress to President, Principal, and Board, conduct effective team meetings and one-on-ones, provide subject matter expertise and support to direct reports, set and manage annual budget.  
• Manage Student Recruitment plans with internal and external stakeholders while balancing ongoing recruitment efforts with time-sensitive enrollment tasks. 
• Manage Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator and work with Director of Marketing to develop marketing strategies, including promotional materials and social media. • Manage the interview process, coordinating with faculty, Corporate Work Study staff, school leadership and prospective students and their families to ensure a timely, smooth and effective admissions process.

• Assist families through the financial aid process, including the completion of income verification.
• Share with the Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator the responsibility for maintaining databases and assembling materials for mailings to schools and prospective students.

• Maintain student transportation rosters and documentation for the Shuttle Hub system.

Manage Season Logistics for SJS Athletic Offerings

• Hire independent judges to oversee tryouts and team selection as needed in grades 5-8.

  Oversee Comprehensive Athletic Department Needs

• Ensure all coaches and families comply with CYO “Play Like a Champion Today” requirements.

• Purchase equipment and uniforms in consultation with the Uniform/Equipment Manager.

• Coordinate as needed with parish leadership regarding adult softball and volleyball.

• Represent SJS at the CYO athletics office via attendance at the Athletic Director meetings and ongoing correspondence.

• Hire, train, and schedule gym supervisors to ensure the Wyckoff Gym is appropriately staffed during all  CYO practices and games.

Job Summary
 
St. Joseph School is seeking a K-4 Music teacher for the 2025-2026 school year to join a highly motivated, curious, and passionate staff of educators.
 
Responsibilities
 
• Teach a curriculum based on the NAfME standards

• Plan/execute a balanced music program and organize class time so that preparation, rehearsal, and instruction can be accomplished within the allotted time

• Provide individual and small group instruction in order to adapt the music curriculum to the needs of each student

• Utilize repertoire of all types of music literature, including traditional and contemporary, that are appropriate for the ages and skill levels of students

• Select appropriate music, books, and instructional aids/supplies as necessary

• Collaborate with the Pastoral Assistant for Music and Liturgy to prepare for the school’s liturgical celebrations

• Prepare students to sing at school liturgies

• Collaborate with the directors and teachers in providing musical programs for school assemblies and seasonal programs

• Evaluate/report each student’s musical growth, performance, and musical understanding

• Be able to fulfill other roles and responsibilities as assigned

Compensation

Teacher job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
 
• Collaborate with the school staff in planning, implementing, and evaluating the school’s goals and objectives, with a specific focus on faith formation and ensuring learning for all students. 

• Fulfill responsibilities associated with Additional Responsibilities assigned by the Principal at the beginning of each school year. 

• Participate in regional and Archdiocesan Catholic school initiatives. 

• As a liberal arts teacher, it will not be necessary to implement Project Lead the Way curriculum, Stanford SCALE curriculum, or other STEM initiatives.  However, professional development will be expected to influence the style of learning that happens in liberal arts classes.  Professional development will be ongoing and done in collaboration with the whole faculty and staff.  

• Maintain and complete student attendance daily between 8 am and 8:30 am.  

• Establish and maintain a classroom learning environment in which students thrive, guided by Gospel values, high academic expectations for all students, and a belief that all students can and will learn. 

• Implement responsive instructional strategies, including ongoing formative assessment, culturally responsive pedagogy, and adjusting lesson plans and instruction in order to meet the needs of the students. 

• Align classroom curriculum and instruction to school-wide systems, initiatives, and goals. 

• Ensure confidentiality in accordance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).  

• Develop and publish weekly parent communication.  

• Attend weekly PLC meetings which are based on strengthening student learning and a school-wide approach to meeting the needs of every student.  PLC meetings (faculty meetings) are scheduled weekly from 3:30 to 4:30 pm.

• Respond to requests for parent communication within 48 hours.

• Implement research based instructional strategies in order to ensure learning for all students. 

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technology as it pertains to enhancing student learning and communication among the school staff and families.  

• Participate in professional development opportunities that bolster both individual goals and school-wide goals.

• Attendance at Back to School Night, the Advent Program, two Open Houses, Parent-Teacher Conferences, Graduation, and other meetings required by the Principal. 

• Arrive at school 30 minutes before the school day begins and remain at least 30 minutes following the regular school day according to school policy. 

• Maintain and update student records including but not limited to: attendance records, gradebooks, lesson plans, report cards, cumulative records, and more. 

• Participation in all aspects of liturgical celebrations during the school day.

• Serve as a model of Catholic faith for the students and represent the teachings of the Catholic Church.

• Submission of lesson plans to the Principal, when requested.

• Grading completed assignments within two weeks of the assignments being completed and returning those assignments to students on a weekly basis

• Serve this school in the position and in the specific duties assigned by the Principal. • Cultivate a classroom community amongst a small, grade-specific advisory group utilizing Villa’s social-emotional learning curriculum.

• Effectively partner and communicate with families, colleagues, and administration to appropriately challenge and support students.

• Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Sacred Heart School in Bellevue is seeking a full-time religion teacher/campus minister to join our middle school team in the fall of 2025.
 
The Campus Minister position is a full-time, school year position with an additional three weeks of paid work during the summer.
 
The duties of this position will include:
 
· Teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade religion classes at the school
 
· Leading a twice-monthly youth group meeting outside of school hours open to all middle school students in the parish family
 
· Leading retreats for grades 6-8 at the school
 
· Leading Confirmation preparation classes at Sacred Heart Parish for grades 7-12 (7-8 sessions)
 
· Leading summer youth ministry activities open to all middle school students in the parish for a total of three weeks (service trips/activities, Bible studies, retreats, etc.)
 
· Other school duties as assigned (e.g., recess supervision, leading the faith commission, coordinating service opportunities at the school)
 
Candidates for this position must be an active, practicing Catholic. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Catholic theology, religion, catechetics, or youth ministry along with classroom teaching experience. Applicants should be interested in working as part of an educational team, comfortable using educational technology to enhance instruction, and able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.  A teaching certification is a plus, but not required. 
 
Salary:  The salary range for this position is from $60,000-$90,000. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.

GENERAL INTRODUCTION: 
 
The Archbishop is the visible principle and foundation of unity in the particular Church entrusted to him.? In a unique and visible way, he makes Christ’s mission present and enduring as Shepherd of the Christian Community.? In order to fulfill his mission, the Archbishop employs suitable, chosen collaborators (clerics, religious, or lay people).? Each position employed in the Chancery helps to extend the ministry of the Archbishop in particular ways as outlined in the position description. 
 

GENERAL SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE: 
 
Plans, directs, and supervises the CYO Environmental Education program and staff. Provides an educational and spiritually enriching program in the tradition of the Catholic faith.? Will assist with camp operations including summer support and weekend retreats. 
 

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES: 
 
1. Designs and delivers engaging and interactive environmental education lessons that align with the Catholic faith and promote environmental stewardship. 
2. Sets and achieves program, budget, and educational goals through effective planning and implementation. 
3. Expands program outreach by visiting potential schools and building relationships with educators and administrators. 
4. Consistently reviews and updates educational modules taught during EE and is able to present those as needed.  This position should be ready to step in and cover for any seasonal position including presenting lessons. 
5. Provides leadership in all areas of the program; including but not limited to, leading meals, organizing mass, and running evening programming.? 
6. Creates a welcoming atmosphere for schools to have an exceptional learning environment.? This includes pre-camp communication with schools. 
7. Trains and evaluates the Educators and program on an on-going basis in collaboration with the schools. 
8. Work with staff and teachers to deal with student, chaperone and teacher needs, staff relations, and program development. 
9. Manages emergency situations effectively, with some on-call and evening hours required. 
10. Oversees post-session camp clean-up to maintain a safe and organized environment. 
 
Qualifications
 
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

       b. Ability and desire to use God-given gifts and talents in service of the local Church in support of the collaboration between lay and ordained Ministers.    
 
2.    Education: 
 
       a. BA or BS degree in applicable field or significant qualifying experience. 
 
3.    Experience: 
 
• Previous experience with facilitating and leading environmental education programs. 
• Demonstrated understanding of youth development and child behavior management. 
• Previous experience working with diverse populations. 
 
4.    Other Elements: 
 
• Ability to set and meet deadlines. 
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. 
• Proactive customer service and problem-solving skills.

OVERVIEW
St. Alphonsus School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Science Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. 6.       Assures the creation and maintenance of a classroom environment that is conductive to learning.  The teacher establishes and maintains appropriate behaviors and develops strategies to resolve conflict using the Positive Discipline and Love & Logic approach.

7.       Assures effective oral and written communication with school administrator, fellow faculty members, parents and students.  The teacher provides frequent and effective feedback concerning attainment of learning goals to students, parents, and principal. 

8.       Maintains current level of knowledge and skills required to effectively serve as teacher.  Incumbent accomplishes this by keeping abreast of current issues, trends and concerns through attendance of seminars or classes, in-service training, workshops of subscriptions and/or through membership in local, state, or national professional organizations, as approved and as appropriate.

9.       Complete all early childhood licensing requirements including STARS training. 

10.   Ability to successfully integrate technology into instruction

About the Fine and Performing Arts Department 
The Fine and Performing Arts at Seattle Prep are designed to enable students to discover their creative abilities while inspiring them to strive for artistic excellence. The classes are taught by practicing artists to provide an enriching experience. At Prep, the arts come alive through exploring famous works of art, learning the language of art, engaging in discussion and reflection, and creating a wide variety of visual art and performances in drama, music, and dance. 
  
Within the Arts department, Dance courses are dynamic and interactive classes that foster engagement and collaboration. Students will explore various dance styles while building coordination, rhythm, and confidence. Students will learn basic techniques and develop their creative expression in a supportive and fun environment.  Students will also gain a deeper understanding of a variety of dance forms including dance history and cultural relevance. 
 
 
Minimum qualifications: 
•    A Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study, and a minimum of two years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive technology curriculum for grades 5-12, integrating emerging technologies and fostering creativity, critical thinking, and ethical technology use.
• Teaching and Coaching: Teach technology courses as needed and provide professional development for faculty to enhance technology integration across all subjects.
• Extracurricular Opportunities: Create and support extracurricular programs such as robotics teams, coding clubs, digital design workshops, and other technology-related initiatives.
• Leadership: Serve as a thought leader on the intersection of technology and education, advising on best practices and innovations in educational technology.
• Collaboration: Partner with faculty and administrators to ensure technology programs align with the school’s mission, goals, and academic standards.

Ideal Candidate
St. Monica Catholic School is seeking a seeking a humanities generalist for the start of the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent liberal arts background, a worldview informed by Catholic anthropology, and the ability to teach some combination of integrated humanities (literature and history), in union with their theology, and Latin. St. Monica is interested in both experienced teachers and those with a passion for young people and a willingness to pursue growth in the profession through regular coaching, professional development, and appropriate further study. Responsibilities
• Teach a combination of middle- and high school courses in literature, history, and writing.
• Develop lesson and unit plans consistent with archdiocesan standards and best practices in classical education.
• Differentiate instruction, assessment, and engagement for students with different learning needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ academic progress and human formation and actively develop positive home-school relationships.
• Reflect on pedagogical practices through regular observation and coaching.
• Mentor several secondary students of the same sex via monthly lunch meetings.
• Offer a once per week enrichment course in an area of personal interest and expertise (current examples include studio art, art history, ecumenical theology, rosary making, student leadership council, cooking, academic decathlon, and music performance).
• Participate in other roles related to being a part of the school community, including assisting with student retreats and concerts, attending open houses, recess duty, etc.
• Participate actively in the professional community through collaboration with colleagues in a range of contexts.
• Potentially serve as homeroom teacher, which involves facilitating parent-teacher conferences, hosting students at the beginning and end of the day and coordinating with colleagues during grade-specific activities.

Qualifications:
Successful applicants will embody St. Monica Catholic School’s commitment to Christian intellectual, spiritual and moral formation. They should meet or exceed the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant humanities discipline
