POSITION:	Counselor (1 Position)   Lincoln Park High School   And any positions that result from the filling of this posting
QUALIFICATIONS:	A Master’s Degree in counseling and guidance, including state endorsements. Five years of successful secondary school teaching experience preferred Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with proper endorsements Bilingual preferred
DUTIES:	Maintain a Counseling Caseload, including regular meetings to discuss course/graduation progress Serve as an active member of the Student Success Team Assist caseload in pursuit of post graduation plans Work with administration on state testing Serve as an active member of PBIS for school events and activities Communicate regularly with families of the student caseload Work with students on individual schedules, ensuring progress towards graduation Collect data (Advanced Programs, ELL, Essentials) Monitor Individual Educational Development Plans Implements Restorative Practices  Liaison for Family Support  Liaison for Community Based Services Liaison for McKinney Vento Act Active member of implementing Behavior RTI Support counseling team in creation of master schedule, as needed   Other duties as assigned
RESPONSIBLE TO:	Building Principal and Assistant Principal(s)
SALARY:	According to LPEA Master Agreement
