Description: Responsibilities of position are the following;
Preparation of daily hot or cold meals, utilizing USDA or similar recipes.
Assists with cold prep, insuring quality and safety standards are met.
Duties and hours may change based upon school schedule and population. Management reserves the right to alter duties due to service requirements.
All food safety, work safety and sanitation protocols must be followed.
HACCP information such as temperatures of food and refrigeration records.
Candidate must be able to work independently.
All candidates will be considered based upon length of service and work record.
Candidates will be notified verbally or in writing.
This position is a school year position with varied hours each week.

Bus Monitors - All Schools
Must have the ability to independently supervise students with behavioral or other special needs, collect data about student issues, and follow behavior management plans as requested by school administrators. Excellent communication skills required. Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.  All other experience and/or qualifications will be considered.

Some assignments include travel on the bus to and from Hartford for our Open Choice program.

Hours vary based on bus route (0.5 to 2 hours per route per day).

Description:
 
Assignments for substitute teachers are available at all grade levels and all subject areas. A Bachelor's degree is required. Substitute teachers must be able to follow instructions and lesson plans left by the teacher.  As a substitute teacher you must be able to work with students with special education needs. Excellent communication skills are required.  Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.  The District uses Aesop, which is an automated substitute service that allows you to search and accept/decline the substitute jobs by school.  Substitute compensation rate is $115.00 per day.
