Position Purpose:
The IT Security Program Manager protects the district’s digital ecosystem by running a comprehensive IT security program that safeguards application, data, infrastructure, and operations. Essential Duties:
• Manage a comprehensive cybersecurity program that guides the definition of objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables; ensure alignment with district goals, risk tolerance, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and execute the response and remediation to cybersecurity tickets, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and collaboration across teams to address incidents, risks, and service-related issues.
• Coordinate with IT and Risk Management to identify, assess, and mitigate security related technology and data risks. Implement proactive strategies to safeguard application, data, and technology infrastructure systems.
• Develop, evaluate, and help enforce comprehensive policies and communication frameworks that support data privacy and confidentiality, technology security, and system availability.

• Partner with IT teams on the implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT based security technologies (e.g., firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup systems). Ensure solutions are secure, updated, and meet district standards.
• Manage expectations and compliance of all third-party vendors. Regularly evaluate partner practices, ensure contractual obligations around data protection, technology standards, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for cybersecurity incident escalation and operational coordination, ensuring timely communication with leadership, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders. Lead cross-functional efforts in incident response, risk assessment, and process optimization while fostering collaborative relationships across internal teams and external partners.
• Lead security awareness programs for staff, students, and stakeholders. Foster a security-first culture by educating the organization on best practices and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Lead the virtual cybersecurity team and other supporting personnel. Promote a collaborative and accountable team culture, ensuring expertise is leveraged across functional areas to support IT security goals.
• Research and recommend program budget needs. Monitor expenditures and report program investments to district leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of and applicable experience with ITIL practices.
• Strong, modern, and applicable experience implementing industry standard cybersecurity controls, best practices, and frameworks (e.g. NIST).
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance such as FERPA, COPPA, CIPA and other relevant state and federal statutes regarding cybersecurity, safety, and data privacy.
• Skilled in drafting strategic documents, policies, and procedures aligned with district objectives and IT security needs.

Education:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Instruct students in coordination with a standards-based curriculum and within the framework of district and state content standards. POSITION SUMMARY:

• Attend local conferences and workshops with a focus on family engagement, resources for undocumented students, disproportionality, and Newcomers.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Successful applicants must be properly licensed for assignment as a Professional Educator according to the Colorado Department of Education.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing appropriate and timely care to sick and/or injured students; creating, updating, and managing immunization records and related student records; contacting parents as needed; administering and documenting medications provided to students; maintaining clinic inventory; monitor and support implementation of Health Care Action Plans.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Serves as a skilled accounts payable specialist to help process, track, and record accounts payable transactions and applies knowledge in the performance of the accounts payable process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: train, assist, and review the work of the schools and departments; and maintain, improve, and document accounts payable processes. The Accounts Payable Specialist will review invoices for correct account classification; perform three-way match prior to entering invoices in the accounts payable system; resolve vendor problems; approve and post the check run; print checks; prepare checks for mailing; and prepare reports. In addition, the Accounts Payable Specialist will perform a monthly upload of the procurement card transactions into the District financial system and audit procurement card users. The Accounts Payable Specialist participates in the development of new department initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

-Enter data into financial system to process payment for vendor invoices or District requests for payment. Process invoices associated with bond projects, payroll garnishments, annuities and credit union contributions.
-Research and resolve problems with District personnel or vendors regarding ordering, receiving and payment of invoices.
-Assist or review the work of the school and department invoices.
-Responsible for accurate coding and understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping.
-Assist in cross-training employees, processing open record requests, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
-After monthly Procurement Card transactions are downloaded, upload into the District financial system to record to the District accounts, review account numbers, contact cardholder and make corrections, if necessary.
-Audit documentation for petty cash and imprest check reimbursement requests, communicate with originator and prepare memos.
-Initiate contact and paperwork with qualifying vendors regarding change in payment method from paper check to electronic.
-Prepare recap for check and electronic payments preparation, run financial reports, and transmit AP payment file, mail or upload as needed.
-Coordinating Accounts Payable presentation and paperwork for beginning of the year round-table meetings with BusinessPlus users.
-Open, sort and distribute mail.
-Process scanned invoices to be attached to ERP system file.
-Train District personnel on accounts payable procedures.
-Process scanned invoices from AP email to be attached to the invoice in the financial system.
-Model integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
-Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION
This position is 8.0 hours per day, 253 day year-round calendar, and hours 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Starting salary is a grade 8 at $25.51-27.31 per hour depending on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The classroom teacher performs under supervision of a principal or other designated supervisor and has major responsibility for the instruction and supervision of students. POSITION SUMMARY:
Euclid and Goddard Middle Schools are both 6-8th grade schools with 550-600 students from diverse backgrounds. We offer comprehensive educational programming that includes core offerings in general education, gifted and talented, special education and English language development. We also offer exploratory electives for all students that include physical education, art, drama, Spanish, choir, STEM, band and orchestra. Euclid and Goddard have also implemented the Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS), Sources of Strength, National Junior Honors Society and Student Council.  Both middle schools aim to educate the whole child which includes social/emotional, academic, and cultural aspects.
 
EMS and GMS are looking for a dynamic, skilled and experienced Masters-level mental health provider who is invested in supporting students with a variety of social/ emotional and/or complex mental health needs as part of a collaborative team.
 
 
DUTIES:
• Strong written and verbal communication needs, ability to maintain and demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing needs, demonstrate effective group facilitation skills; ability to work individually with students; knowledge of intervention models; experience in child abuse reporting, suicide risk reviews, danger assessments and crisis intervention.
• Candidate will also be skilled in ability to navigate mental health and social resources in the community and case manage complex families access to care.
• Candidate will also have an understanding of trauma-informed practices in school settings and is passionate about culturally responsive approaches to working with students and families.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with colleagues, students and parents; desire and ability to function as a team member; ability to work with students in whole class and small group settings, knowledge of effective behavior management techniques; knowledge of running effective counseling groups; crisis intervention; effective oral and written communication skills.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the building principal/administrative supervisor. 

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Masters in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling Required. Prior experience working with 11-14 year olds, navigation of resources and group counseling experience highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

We are a non-traditional program supporting students from neighborhood schools in LPS, grades 6 through 12.  We use Trauma-Informed Practices and embed Restorative Practices in our work with students. Creativity, innovation and relationships are critical elements of our school.  All staff members are trained in ONWARD, our social emotional skill-building curriculum, which is the first class students complete upon enrolling in our school. Our philosophy is aligned with Dr. Bruce Perry’s trauma work and the belief that “students do well if they can” (S. Ablon and R. Greene).  If the student is not doing well, adults are expected to identify skill gap(s) and create opportunities and experiences for the student to build the necessary skills to be successful.

Responsibilities of these positions include supervision and evaluation of staff, problem-solving with students, who are struggling with discipline or attendance concerns, program management and leadership, participation in MTSS process and student case management, coordinating and leading our weekly adventure education program, supervising quarterly family partnership events, managing middle school athletic event coverage, and helping to create new opportunities for our students to build skills and succeed.

The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive background in instruction, instructional leadership, strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, strong conflict management and de-escalation skills, collaborative decision making, large and small group facilitation skills, and relationship building skills with students, staff, and parent community.

Candidates should have solid computer and technology skills, knowledge of PLC's, a belief that all students can achieve at high levels, pursue professional development, a commitment to work collaboratively with team members, and hold the strong belief to “flip the educational script” for our students and families.
 
Education/Licensure:
1. Master’s degree required.
2. Hold or be qualified to hold a Colorado principal or administrative license.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our LPS Family!  This professional will be responsible for providing individual and/or small group instruction and implementing strategies to students receiving special education support within our Affective Needs Program, under the supervision of licensed staff within the school environment (e.g. Classroom, Center-Based Program, Cafeteria, Playground, Community, etc.).  The ideal candidate is strong in making independent decisions within appropriate parameters; implementing team designed behavior intervention plans; monitoring and supporting students during school activities; preparing and modifying instructional materials; collecting data for IEP goals and behavior plans; monitoring and providing feedback on student progress; maintaining student confidentiality and adapting to changes in responsibilities and schedules.  Duties may include personal care, feeding, safety and supervision, medically delegated services, providing instruction and academic support.

Education and Related Work Experience
• High School Diploma

POSITION SUMMARY:

Has primary responsibility for specialized instruction and services required to meet the unique educational needs of students with visual impairments.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Heritage High School's Resource program is a part of our Learning Support Services Department, serving students with a range of special education needs (mild-moderate). Qualified applicants will demonstrate excellent instructional skills as well as effective case management including the development and implementation of IEPs, coordination of a multi-disciplinary team including related service providers and partnerships with families, community agencies and district personnel. The role may also include effective paraprofessional supervision and scheduling.
 
Expectations include strong communication and collaboration, attention to detail and hands-on modeling of skills.  Case management and instructional duties will be delivered in a manner that is consistent with district guidance and standards.  Instructional models include co-teaching, individual and small group instruction and consultation within general education to ensure the implementation of accommodations to ensure students receive access to their least restrictive environment.  


DUTIES:
• Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instruction, providing materials which facilitate active learning; monitor student progress and adapt course content delivery methods in order to meet the needs of individual students; instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials, technologies and equipment to support instruction.
• Promote a culture of high expectations, providing every student with high quality and culturally relevant instruction; create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that reflects and supports the racial and ethnic diversity of the student population and community.
• Develop and implement instructional practices and strategies that include multiple methods of assessment, support students in meeting rigorous learning goals and engage and encourage learners to develop deep understanding of content areas.
• Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies, providing a safe, secure and respectful learning environment; communicate student behavior expectations in a positive manner; convey reminders, rules and expectations with consistency and equity, while recognizing the unique qualities and characteristics of the individual.
• Progress toward professional goals and contribute to school-wide goals through professional learning communities, parent/student surveys, meetings, record keeping, and other measures and methods.
• Update and maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and development as required by school, district, state and federal policies, regulations and laws.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Must have the ability to acquire a Commercial Driver's License permit prior to the start of training.

Experience preferred but not necessary. Minimum of 3 weeks of paid training, 6-8 hours per day during training.
Guaranteed a minimum of 20 hours per week (during the school year), with the ability to earn more hours, including a benefit package.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
No more than 4 points on your Motor Vehicle Record in the last 3 years.

We are presently hiring school bus drivers that would prefer a more flexible schedule to include driving for athletic and band trips during the school year from August to May. This position would require weekly availability with a minimum of 2 days a week. This position has no weekly guaranteed hours. Most trips take place in the afternoons running into early evening. A minimum guarantee of 4 hours will be paid for each field trip covered. 

2 years school bus driving experience preferred. 
No more than 4 points on your Motor Vehicle Record in the last 3 years.
Mountain Driving Certification required. (Training and certification provided)


LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS:
• Criminal background check and current DOT physical required for hire.
• CDL with the P and S endorsements are required.

Our Bus Drivers typically drive 6:00a-9:00a and 2:00p-5:00p. We provide full-time benefits when you work 20 hours a week, which is what we guarantee. You can choose between Kaiser and Cigna for insurance. We provide the training for you to receive your CDL. Essential Duties:  
• Safely transport students to and from school, activities and special events. Manage Student behavior and build positive relationships while driving and following all applicable Colorado Department of Education (CDE), District, Local, State and Federal laws, regulations and policies.
• Report student discipline information to the Supervisor. 
• Maintain CPI Certificate in a Verbal Intervention Group.
• Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the assigned vehicle by following guidelines set by the Transportation Department and appropriate governing agencies. Duties include cleaning up and properly disposing of bodily fluids/biohazard materials.
• Ensure the vehicle is in compliance with all Local, State and Federal laws, regulations and District policies by performing vehicle inspections beforeand after driving assignments. Report all Safety defects to District authorities.
• Maintain all required licenses, First Aid/CPR certificates and pass annual department tests to be eligible to drive a school bus, in accordance with all Colorado Department of Education (CDE), District, Local, State and Federal laws, regulations and policies.
• Maintain and produce reports, records and written documentation asrequired or requested by Transportation Director and/or designee.
• Report accidents, incidents, hazards, breakdowns and delays to dispatch or transportation manager by following district and department policies and procedures.
• Attend training classes and in-service meetings.
• Conduct emergency evacuations.
• Providing assistance on buses including students with special needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Starting Salary is Grade 6 at $21.98 per hour
