Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is looking for a High School Math teacher at Palmer Ridge High School beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. Must have, or be eligible to receive a Colorado teaching license with K-12 mathematics endorsement, or must have a Colorado teaching license with a minimum of 24 credit hours in the content area. Math course offerings range from Algebra I through AP Calculus. The opportunity to coach athletics and/or sponsor a student program is also available. Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 17 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 18, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,000-$71,866. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website. *This position is eligible for a $2,000 bonus- $1000 to be paid in September and $1000 paid in March 2026 paycheck.
