You’ll join a dynamic team and become part of the award-winning Lewis-Palmer School District 38 as we prepare for another engaging school year in 2025-2026. Applicants must have, or be eligible to receive a Colorado teaching license with math endorsement(s) or be eligible/in-field in the endorsement area. Coaching athletics and/or sponsoring student programs is also available.

LPHS Teachers will demonstrate the following Competencies:
Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 17 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 18, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,000-$71,866. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. This position will remain open until filled.
*This position is eligible for a new hire bonus of $2,000, $1000 to be paid after 90 days and $1000 paid in March 2026 paycheck.
All employees are eligible for participation in the Colorado Public Employees Retirement Account, PERA. Full-time employees, employed at least thirty hours per week, of Lewis-Palmer School District are eligible for health insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Lewis-Palmer does provide one plan that is of no cost to the individual. However, employees may choose from a selection of plans that include coverage additional options for individuals, employee plus spouse, employee plus children, and family plans. Paid leave is accrued in accordance with District policies and afforded to all persons in accordance with Colorado law.
