  •   Lewis-Palmer School District, located in Monument, CO, is looking for a Human Resources Specialist:Onboarding beginning April 01, 2025.  The Human Resources specialist works as part of a team to provide high quality human resources transactional services to applicants and staff of Lewis-Palmer School District 38. The HR Specialist handles transactions involving screening, selection, on-boarding, certification, transfers, data collection and reporting, and other HR transactional functions for all staff.  Reporting to the  Human Resources Director, they will be essential in helping to accomplish the goals and objectives of the department.  They will play a key role in fostering and maintaining positive and open communication among employees at all levels of the organization.

    Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Three years of experience in Human Resources or demonstrated customer service experience, or experience with new hire paperwork; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.  This position is full-time, year-round and eligible for the full benefits package. Must have a good work ethic and be highly organized This position is full-time, year-round; Monday-Friday 40 hours per week.  The starting hourly wage starts at $23.27 and can be increased based on previous experience.  To apply for this position, please complete the online application.
