Job Description:
The Forest Lake Areas Schools Early Childhood Program is now accepting applications for a part-time ECFE Parent Educator beginning the 2025-2026 school year. This position will plan, develop lesson plans, and facilitate parent groups to discuss and explore family needs, parenting skills, and specific parenting issues with parents. The Parent Educator researches, interprets, and presents current information on family issues, serves as a resource to parents, and provides referral information as needed.
Work Schedule:
Approximately 25 hours per week. Hours are dependent upon ECFE class enrollment.
Qualifications:
Minnesota current Parent Educator license is required
Experience teaching parents of children birth-age 5
