School Age Care Summer Program Aide is available at Lino Lakes Elementary, Wyoming Elementary, and Forest View Elementary Schools.
 
Summer SAC Work Schedule:  Open positions to be determined according to student enrollment.  Summer SAC program runs for 11 weeks, June-August.  Program hours are 6:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.  Work schedule will vary, approximately between 4-8 hours per day.
 
 
Job Description: 
 
Responsible for carrying out the activities and duties assigned by the site or assistant site manager while maintaining a safe, supervised environment; building positive relationships with children, parents and co-workers.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
Must be18+ years old and have experience working with school age children. Current CPR/AED & First Aid preferred.

Hourly rate is based on licensure & teaching experience using the teachers salary schedule

Position: ADSIS Interventionist
 
Location: Multiple Positions in Various Elementary Schools
 
Hours per day/FTE:  0.5 to 1.0 FTE
 
 
 
Job Description:
 
Forest Lake Area Schools is seeking qualified candidates to join our team of Elementary Academic ADSIS Interventionists who work in our elementary schools. This is a TOSA position that will report to the school principal and be responsible for direct student service by providing instruction to assist students who need additional academic support in math and reading to succeed in the general education environment.
 
Qualifications/Licensure:   
 
• Current Minnesota license in Elementary Education required

• Master’s degree in education or related field preferred

• Minimum five years’ successful classroom experience with demonstrable student achievement results in literacy and math preferred
 
• Experience using data in diagnostic programming and instructional planning

• Proven results from implementing best practices and research-based strategies in literacy and math instruction
 
• Demonstrated skill in using formative and summative assessment data to inform instruction and positively impact student learning

• Experience differentiating instruction to meet the needs of individual learners

• Experience working with students at all levels and providing intervention 

• Effective listening, written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills when working with staff, students, and community

• Familiarity with Fastbridge screening and assessment tools and reports

• Proficiency with technology and technology systems

• Ability to work in a team setting

• LETRS Training preferred
 
Responsibilities
 
• Provide direct instruction to students in reading and math, implementing research-based instructional strategies and best practices in interventions and individualized support to meet the needs of all learners

• Work collaboratively with teachers in leveraging data to inform intervention need 

• Use formative and summative assessment data to inform instruction and positively impact student learning

• Leverage Fastbridge data and assessment tools to identify student needs in reading and math, including indicators of Dyslexia

• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners

• Develop and implement classroom-based, developmentally appropriate interventions for individuals and small groups

• Work with students flexibly in both individual and small-group settings

• Monitor, document, and communicate progress for students they are working with, with teachers and families in a variety of ways on a regular basis

• Support classroom teachers in assessing student foundational skills as determined by student data 

• Collaborate with building leadership team on staff development needs

• Active members on the building’s Intervention Team (IT) and Data Team

This is a TOSA position that will report to the Director of Teaching & Learning and be responsible for coordinating, leading, and developing district MTSS systems, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations, providing coaching and assistance to building teams, and supporting the implementation of MnMTSS across the district. 
 
Qualifications/Licensure:

Responsibilities
 
• Collaborate with the Teaching & Learning team to enhance the MnMTSS Framework's structure across all elementary schools in the district.

• Partner with district administrators to establish a robust support system for academic and behavioral needs across all tiers.

• Lead the creation of the MTSS District Handbook and provide assistance to school-level MTSS teams.

• Actively participate in the District MTSS leadership team and report on progress regularly.

• Train staff on the utilization of school-wide data collection systems for monitoring both academic performance and behavior.

• Facilitate professional learning opportunities for school staff.

• Assist in the sustainability and growth of MTSS initiatives throughout the district.

• Deliver training and technical support to uphold and enhance the MTSS framework.

• Monitor district databases to track student data related to academics, behavior, attendance, and school climate.

• Aid in the development of data visualization tools and dashboards for staff access.

• Assist staff with the analysis and effective use of student data.

• Support administration and staff in promoting family engagement to foster student success within MnMTSS.

• Ensure compliance with district procedures, state mandates, and federal regulations through monitoring and adherence.

• Provide coaching, professional development, and technical assistance focused on MnMTSS.

• Collaborate with the building leadership team to assess staff development needs.

• Support building Intervention Team Meetings and the Data Team as necessary.

• Serve as the Internal Americorps Coach, conducting fidelity checks with tutors, managing caseloads, identifying appropriate interventions, and leading monthly data meetings with Americorps supervisors and tutors; assist with Fastbridge training and reporting.

• Aid Title I-funded teachers in analyzing and identifying literacy and math needs for Title I students, supporting data-driven decision-making regarding service continuation.
