Classes held at the John C. Magnus Center - Building A            
 
REPORTS TO:                      
Classroom Teacher and CTE Director   
 
WORK SCHEDULE:            
7.25 hours per day; Monday - Friday                           
 
SALARY:                               
According to the MEA Contract                        
 
STARTING DATE:               
June 1, 2025                
 
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To assist CTE Agricultural Science instructor in supervision of lab safety, individualized student support, and preparation of CTE Program reporting requirements.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with livestock, small animals, general farm equipment, and general knowledge of plant science required.
• Experience in agricultural operations, operating agricultural equipment and utilizing power tools required.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work effectively with all students, including special education students.
• Excellent communication skills with both students and other adults.
• Organizational skills required for keeping tools, equipment and documents organized.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Basic technology skills, preferred.
