Education and Experience Requirements:
National Certified School Counselor credential issued by National Board for Certified Counselors; Or Master’s degree in Guidance Counseling or Masters in Social Work; Or Current New Mexico Licensure from Counseling & Practice Board or Social Work Board (LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LISW, LCSW, LMSW) Current New Mexico Public Education License as School Counselor “preferred or eligibility” School experience preferred

Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with students, parents, staff, and administrators Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements Ability to develop a rapport with community providers and build collaboration to assure on going care for our students.
