MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Assume administrative responsibility, under the supervision of the Superintendent/Designee, for educational planning, discipline management, supervision, and evaluation of the educational programs of the school unit.
• Develop an efficient system for interviewing applicants, for campus positions that assures the placement of the best possible personnel.
• Submit recommendations to Superintendent/Designee concerning assignment, evaluation, promotion, and dismissal of all personnel assigned to the school unit.
