    EMPLOYMENT BEGINS: As soon as possible 

    PRIMARY PURPOSE:
    • Responsible for managing the Frontline Time Clock System, providing technical support to end-users, configuring the system to meet business needs, and optimizing the system's functionality.                   
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Education/Certification:
    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Valid Texas driver’s license
    SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
    • Enterprise level Absence Management and Time Keeping Software preferred.
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint preferred.
    • Knowledge in Google Sheets, and Google Docs preferred.
           
    EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum of 2 years’ of experience with time keeping software preferred.
    • Experience providing technical support to end-users preferred.
    • Experience in payroll systems configuration and maintenance preferred.
    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
    • Manage Mesquite ISD Time Keeping and Absence Management software, including but not limited to system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades
    • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on system usage
    • Work closely with district stakeholders to identify system requirements and configure the system accordingly
    • Work closely with district-level stakeholders to assist in the development of integrations including but not limited to payroll, time & attendance, and accrual profiles between the district time keeping software and Munis.
    • Process annual, monthly, and weekly financial needs including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Personnel, and Payroll printing.
    • Manage the hardware within Information Systems related to Personnel and Financial printing needs including printers, folder, and scanner.
    • Work with maintenance contractors should Information Systems hardware need to be serviced 
    • Optimize the system's functionality to enhance efficiency and productivity
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures
    • Provide training to end-users on system usage and best practices
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to Kronos
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and create solutions to scheduling configuration requests
    • Takes on special projects as assigned relating to time keeping and payroll management upgrades, conversion, configuration changes, or efficiency improvements
    • Work with end users, Tech Services, Information Systems, third party Software Support to troubleshoot problems and resolve application issues
    • Perform other duties as assigned
