Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the positions of Elementary Teachers.

Under the direction of the Building Principal and/or the guidance of the Assistant Principal, the Licensed Teacher represents a broad grouping of diverse and dierent instructional positions responsible for developing lesson plans and presenting district curriculum in assigned instructional subjects; delivering and instructing students in lesson plans and instructional material; evaluating and assessing student progress against instructional outcomes and objectives. Licensed Teachers also participate and collaborate with other instructional professionals, administrators, parents, counselors, and other district personnel concerning student needs, issues and district learning initiatives, curriculum and building issues.

Rate of Pay	Based upon credentials including Education and Experience as per Teacher Master agreement.   Bachelor’s Degree Range: $50,674 to $66,047   Master’s Degree Range: $58,361 to $83,342   Master’s + 40/PhD/PsyS/EdS/EdD Range: $66,047 to $91,029
Hours Per Day	7.5 Hours Per Day
Schedule (Approximately)	7:30am - 3:30pm
Working Days per Year	182 Teacher Work Days

TThe Intervention Specialist provides targeted support to K-5 students in need of assistance with reading or math skills.
