JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position operates all types of trucks with transportation of gravel, asphalt, and supplies. Position performs snow removal and mounts/dismounts plows and wings from truck. The individual will also perform a variety of manual tasks, as a laborer, in connection with operations and assists in loading and unloading material and equipment transported by truck and operates small machinery. Performs other related duties as assigned. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 2:45 pm, is part of the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Unit, and provides an excellent work life balance. The position is grade 3, with a starting hourly rate not to exceed $26.90.

SKILLS/QUALFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or certified equivalent with a minimum of six months relevant work experience is required
• Must possess valid CDL-B driver’s license with good driving record
• Must have good knowledge of traffic rules and regulations

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 2:45 pm, is part of the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Unit, and provides an excellent work life balance. The position is grade 5, with a starting hourly rate not to exceed $34.46.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years work related experience
• High School diploma plus 1 year schooling in Automotive/Equipment repair; experience in lieu of education will be considered
• Must be certified to accomplish State of NH Vehicle Safety Inspections
• ASE certification a plus
• Must provide own hand tools

Under the direct supervision of the Fleet Maintenance Foreman, this position performs routine mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair and/or installation/replacement of minor component parts of all motorized vehicles and equipment; checks all fluid levels in vehicles, performs lube, oil and filter changes, performs engine tune ups, and maintains accurate records for the same; conducts safety inspections and conducts road and equipment tests; steam cleans and paints vehicles and equipment; other related duties. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 2:45 pm, is part of the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Unit, and provides an excellent work life balance. The position is grade 4, with a starting hourly rate not to exceed $31.55.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or certified equivalent; experience in lieu of education will be considered
