  Position Information
 
The Lampeter-Strasburg School District is seeking part-time van drivers available immediately. Hours vary between 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. up to 29 hours per week. Hours must be flexible to accommodate student calendars, delayed openings, and early dismissals. Some mid-day and summer hours may be required.
 
Paid training is provided. Candidate must possess a valid Class C Pennsylvania driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, with prior experience in school transportation preferred, but not required. CDL not required.

Required Qualifications Upon Offer of Employment:
1. Current PA Criminal History background check
2. Current FBI Criminal background check
3. Current Child Abuse background check
4. Proof of TB test, results must be within the past year

Once all paperwork is submitted, it will be reviewed, and the applicant, if qualified and selected, will be contacted to schedule an interview and complete clearances and any additional paperwork.
