2. An individual currently licensed by the Kentucky Board of Social Work in accordance with KAR 201 Chapter 23 as a:
   1. Licensed Social Worker; or Certified Social Worker; or Licensed Clinical Social Worker; or
3. An individual currently certified as a school counselor by the Education Professional Standards Board
4. An individual currently licensed by the KY Board of Licensed Professional Counselors as a:

REPORTS TO:  Director of District Wide Programs or designee
 
SUPERVISES:  N/A
 
JOB GOAL:  Provide direct Social Emotional Behavioral (SEB)  instruction and services to students as a result of the school team decisions through the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) process.
 
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide direct SEB instruction and services to students as a result of the school team decisions through the MTSS process.
2. Demonstrates a working knowledge and application of the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (which includes but not limited to Tier 1 SEL instruction and Tier 2 and 3 interventions including progress monitoring) and is a member of the school MTSS committee
3. Maintain accurate and timely documentation including and not limited to session progress notes, contact logs, releases of information, and ongoing data
4. Communicate regularly with school staff and parents on student needs, goals, and interventions, including academic progress or barriers
5. Collaboration with outside providers and agencies.
6. May be responsible for administering district crisis assessments following the district protocols
7. Assist with transition of students between elementary and middle schools and middle to high schools
8. Attend all required meetings, and attends and/or presides over other meetings as the supervisor designates
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
 
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

1. Knowledge of the tools, materials, and test equipment used in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration HVAC control systems
    
2. Installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment including pneumatic, electric, and electronic controls
    
3. Troubleshoots and repairs HVAC control problems, including dampers, coils, HVAC steam related controls, air handling equipment, and all types of valves
    
4. Adjusts and calibrates pneumatic/electronic devices to balance the HVAC systems
    
5. Inspects and services controls on a scheduled basis
    
6. Responds to service calls and troubleshoots problems   
    
7. Prepares estimates for the repair and/or installation of new HVAC systems and makes recommendations for such repairs and service
    
8. Troubleshoots and tests controls using test gauges, amp meters, hydro thermographs, and computers
