Les Cheneaux Community Schools is seeking a full-time middle and high school Social Studies Teacher.  This position will start on January 20th, 2025. 

The Les Cheneaux Community Schools is located on the northern shore of Lake Huron in the Les Cheneaux Islands, and include the communities of Hessel and Cedarville.  The current Social Studies schedule encompasses both middle and high school courses.  The K-12 enrollment at LCCS is ~228.

Long Term Substitute Teacher - Middle/High School Math 

Les Cheneaux Community Schools is seeking a substitute Mathematics Teacher from mid-December to early March (December 16-March 3, however that could slightly change).  The chosen candidate would teach high school Geometry, Math 7, Math 6, MS Study Skills, and MS Computers.

Pay would be $125/day for the first 10 working days.  After 10 days, the pay would be moved to BA Step 1 of the teacher scale.
