Position:	Educational Associate - Substitute
Location:	District wide
Rate of Pay:	The starting wage for this position is  $22.20 per hour.
Benefits:	This is a temporary/casual position. Eligible employees will participate in the state’s largest pension program, the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA). Leave benefits will be applied in accordance with Minnesota law.
Daily Schedule:	Flexible
Days per year:	Student Contact Days
Qualifications Required / Preferred:	Required: Associate degree, at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (a minimum of 60 semester credits)  Preferred:  Experience working with students  Experience working with diverse student populations  Strong communication skills
