HOURS PER DAY: | 8 hours/day |
DAILY SCHEDULE: | 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday |
DAYS PER YEAR: | 210 (10-month position) |
RATE OF PAY: | The wage for this position ranges from $25.14 to $32.85 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates will start at the entry-level rate of $25.14 per hour. However, experienced candidates with prior work experience in a related field may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $29.66 per hour. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual’s experience and the school district’s budget. |

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: | - High school diploma or equivalent - At least one year of job-related training after high school diploma - One year of experience in related field - Intermediate computer skills - Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products - Ability to work independently - Interest in working in a school district environment - Knowledge of district and school policies and procedures - Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures - Detail-oriented with proven ability to be consistently accurate - Excellent organizational and time management ksills - Ability to effectively communicate with students, employees, and visitors - Ability to effectively collaborate with employees - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions |
