POSITION: Anticipated Full-Time, Blended Early Childhood Teacher
 
 
 
DESCRIPTION:  Hinckley-Big Rock CUSD #429 is seeking an authentic, enthusiastic, reflective, student centered professional to teach our morning & afternoon blended early childhood classes. This teacher will be in a professional learning community with other teachers of the same grade level. They will collaborate with the related services team, the paraprofessionals who support students and the special education team. As such, this teacher should possess a desire to collaborate with other professionals to enhance student learning. Royal staff members focus on developing relationships, creating welcoming teaching and learning spaces, and striving for excellence through seeking continuous improvement.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must have hold IL PEL in Early Childhood Education AND one of the following:
 
1. Early Childhood Special Education approval (Pre-Kindergarten only) OR 

2. Early Childhood Special Education Endorsement (Birth- Grade 2) OR

3. Be eligible to obtain a Short-Term Emergency Approval for Early Childhood 


STARTING SALARY: Regionally Competitive
