• Attends training at the start of each school year to monitor students’ food choices daily for the purpose of meeting mandated meal component requirements and ensuring adequate nutrition for USDA meal reimbursements.  Failure to comply could result in loss of reimbursement from the USDA
• Complies with all food safety requirements, including wardrobe, handwashing, and hair net requirements

Position Objective
The school social worker will identify children in need of services and assess their needs. - Environmental Conditions:  The work is performed primarily indoors; however, outside work is required on occasion.  Travel between buildings or for community based instruction may be a requirement
