COMPENSATION: SECRETARY II, $18.50/hour (new employee) plus full benefits package.

Job Description: To serve as an administrative assistant in the Dean’s Office. The Dean’s Office is a dynamic office that deals with student discipline, attendance and often serves as the location many staff and students go to for questions on a variety of topics.
Duties Include:
- Assist building administration with necessary clerical tasks
- Answer telephone and email and provide accurate information and/or route calls or messages to the appropriate school employee
- Assist students with a wide variety of questions/issues brought to the Dean’s office and respond to parent phone/email inquiries regarding attendance, student conduct, detentions, lockers, parking, etc.
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and other areas of the Student Information System (Powerschool) including entering data, running reports, and flagging issues that need attention
- Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
