LONG-TERM SUBSTITUTE TEACHER - Freedom Elementarry
POSITION: Grade 2 Long-Term Substitute Teacher - Freedom Elementary
TERM: Approximately April 3, 2025 (or near that date) through the end of the school year on May 22, 2025
SUMMARY: Cover the long-term absence of the teacher, to include providing instruction and assistance to students and managing classroom activities and behaviors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ND Teaching License - Substitute License or Regular Educator's License is allowable. For additional information, see: Teacher Licenses in North Dakota
- Ability to develop positive relationships with learners
- Experience managing complex learner behaviors preferred
- Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred
SALARY: The current pay for a long-term substitute teacher is a daily rate of $213.56. In addition, substitute teachers will receive a $130.00 bonus after substitute teaching in the district for 10 full-time days, which do not need to be consecutive. *The bonus payment will follow the next payday after the 10th full time day has been paid.
