    Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior High Golf Coach to join our athletic team. This position involves coaching and mentoring young athletes in the sport of golf, as well as safely transporting them to practices and matches using a minibus. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in golf, experience working with youth, and possess a valid driver's license suitable for operating a minibus.

     

    Responsibilities:

     
    1. Coaching Responsibilities:

       
      • Develop and implement effective practice plans to enhance players' skills and understanding of the game.
      • Provide individualized coaching to improve technique, strategy, and mental approach.
      • Foster a positive and encouraging environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
      • Prepare student-athletes for competitions by organizing drills, simulations, and mock matches.
      • Attend all scheduled practices, matches, and team meetings.
      • Communicate effectively with parents, students, school administration, and other coaches.
    2. Transportation Responsibilities:

       
      • Safely operate a mini bus to transport students to and from practices, matches, and other team events.
