Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Early K Team in the PLC model Track individual student achievement with progress monitoring Hold Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences Attend all certified teacher meetings as required Creative, growth, and progressive mindset Create a positive educational climate for students to learn in Participate in ongoing professional development. Maintain grade books. Utilize various curriculum resources. Observe, evaluate, and report student's performance. Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures. Must register as staff in iLead prior to employment. Must have a physical, drug screening, TB test, and fingerprinting through Identogo completed prior to employment. Fingerprinting (Required every 3 years) Must submit consent for background check through ILEAD prior to employment. Must complete 20 hours of early childhood training, including specific required trainings through On My Way PreK/ILEAD.
