    Qualifications:
    • Hold current Minnesota State license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
    • Current certification in CPR
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge of current practices for common childhood illnesses and chronic diseases: asthma management, diabetes, insulin pen and pumps, seizure management
    Primary role is to provide primary health and emergency care to students, promote wellness, and serve as a resource for health concerns in the school setting
    in the absence of the Licensed School Nurse.  

    Wages (based on substitute teacher rates):
    $75.00 per half day
    $150.00 per full day
