  Winnacunnet High School is seeking a passionate and skilled Technology and Engineering Teacher with a strong emphasis on woodworking to inspire and educate our students. This position offers the opportunity to shape young minds, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and a love for hands-on learning within a dynamic and supportive educational environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at teaching a range of technology and engineering concepts while possessing significant expertise and enthusiasm for woodworking and related crafts. 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Technology Education, Industrial Technology, Engineering Education, or a related field. A degree in a related engineering or design field with demonstrable woodworking experience may also be considered. 
• Valid teaching certification in the appropriate subject area (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• Demonstrated expertise and experience in various woodworking/engineering/technology desciplines.
• Strong Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a woodworking shop environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
