Job Summary:
This position is for Maintenance Personnel for the district Facilities Department for the 2024-2025 school year.

Qualifications: Application Procedure:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a black seal or the ability to obtain the black seal within six months.
• Must have the ability to read write and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of plant operation, maintenance, cleaning methods/procedures ; heating and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Must have knowledge and ability to do grounds work (i.e. grass cutting, lawn maintenance).
• Must have ability to do minor electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S.Citizenship or legal resident alien status.
• Exhibits a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills that relate well with students and staff.

REA Custodian/Maintenance Salary Guide Range 
Step AO: $39,879.00 to Step DB: $80,444.00
