DESCRIPTION:
Seeking candidates for a tenure-track probationary math position.  Applicants must demonstrate a balanced approach to math instruction, promoting both conceptual understanding
and procedural fluency. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of differentiated instruction, strategies for active student engagement, use of instructional technology,
and assessment for progress monitoring and planning.  Rush-Henrietta seeks math teachers who excel at developing relationships with students of diverse ability levels to build their
confidence and proficiency in math, and who implement culturally responsive teaching practices.

LOCATION:
TBD (Grades 7-12)

SALARY:
Highly competitive, based on experience and graduate credits, per Rush-Henrietta Central School District Teachers’ Contract.

QUALIFICATIONS:
New York State Teaching Certification in secondary Mathematics is required.

EFFECTIVE:
August 26, 2025
Attendance at New Teacher Orientation on August 19-21 is required.
