    PayGrade 5 / 11.5 Month;
    Starting Salary $96,002  -  Experienced up to $114,287

    Overview:
    Direct and manage instructional program and supervise operations and personnel at campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service.
    Oversee compliance with district policies, success of instructional programs, and operation of all campus activities.


    Qualification:
    Education/Certification:
     
    • Master's degree in Education Administration
    • Texas assistant principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
    • T- TESS Certified Appraiser
     
    Special Knowledge/Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Judgment, including the ability to formulate logical conclusions from quality and timely decisions, adaptability and the ability to prioritize
    • Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
    • Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
    • Ability to manage budget and personnel
    • Ability to coordinate campus functions
    • Ability to implement policy and procedures
    • Ability to interpret data
    • Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills 
     
    Experience:
    • Two years’ experience as a classroom teacher
    • Two years’ experience in instructional leadership roles
       
    Required Endorsement:
    (One or more are required to qualify for this position.)
