Date: January 17, 2025
Summer School will be held for 20 days scheduled from May 30-June 27, 2025. We will observe Juneteenth on June 19 (no school). A work day is scheduled for Thursday, May 29, 2025. The work day will be four hours plus a one-hour staff meeting, which is intended for all summer school members. This will be paid as a full day as long as you are in attendance and clock your hours. All positions are based on student enrollment. Summer School will be offered at the following locations this summer:

Summer School Position Compensation
For all certified positions (administrative intern, teacher, counselor, reading specialist, speech-language pathologist) pay increased from $31.17/hr to $32.58/hr
All support staff positions will be paid by the Support Staff Salary Schedule
Note: Transportation staff who drive all 20 days of summer school and earn less than $25/hour will receive a one-time payment to bridge the gap between their regular hourly rate and $25/hour. All professional/technical positions will be paid by the Professional/Technical Salary Schedule
The substitute rate is the current hourly rate of pay unless a current PCR-3 certified teacher is subbing for a summer school teacher then the rate of pay equals the teacher pay rate
