Server Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in food service preferred. Must be able to do basic mathematics including measurements. Must be able to read a recipe and follow basic sanitation guidelines. Must have the ability to lift 20 lbs, be able to stand for long periods of time, and perform repeated motions. Must be able to communicate effectively.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Basic Function:
Follow HACCP principles and maintains a clean and organized work area. Set up serving line prior to meal. Keep serving area clean and stocked during meal. Wash dishes, silverware, utensils and pans. Clean serving area after meal. Properly store or returns excess food to base kitchen.
