Monticello High School
Part-Time Position (12 hours per week)
Available beginning the 2025-2026 School Year

Job Summary:
Monticello High School is looking for a licensed ESL teacher to provide full time direct service for English Language Learners.
 
Licensure:
 
• Current ESL K-12 teaching license for the State of Minnesota
• Experience as ESL Teacher preferred
 
Essential Skills Required:
• Understanding of the Minnesota Academic Standards for content area
• Establishes a culture for learning by supporting the mission, beliefs and the strategic plan of the district
• Inspires and engages all students in relevant learning
• Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff and families
• Experience working with diverse students and families - experience/training with CLR (Culturally Linguistically Responsive) methods preferred

Salary Range: $44,182 - $90,327 for 1.0FTE
