Job Description:   Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine clerical, reception, purchase order management, and office support functions; performs other related duties as required. 
 
Qualifications: 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills- oral and written.   Acts as office receptionist greeting and directing visitors.  Answers and routes telephone calls; answering inquiries regarding school rules regulations, policies and procedures.  
• Maintain records, confidential files and other related information.
• Proficient or knowledgeable in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint .Uses computer to produce letters, spreadsheets, pamphlets, flyers and handbooks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Terms of Employment: 230-day Classified Position
