Assist in upholding and enforcing school rules, administrative regulations and Board policies.
Make provision for being available to students and parents for education-related purposes outside the instructional day when required or requested to do so under reasonable terms.
Collaborate with other members of the staff in planning instructional goals, objectives and methods.
Work to establish and maintain open lines of communication with students and their parents concerning both the broad academic and behavioral progress of all assigned students.
Maintain and operate the AgriScience area and equipment.
Provide for his or her own professional growth through an ongoing program of reading, workshops, seminars, conferences and/or advanced course work at institutions of higher learning. Participate as a member in the Professional Learning Community.
Support students in their efforts to obtain cooperative learning experiences.

Collaborate with the school administration and district Child Nutrition Office to communicate inventory needs, production totals, and any other relevant information regarding meal service.
Implement new procedures or changes based on district guidelines or regulatory changes.
Implement and monitor HACCP procedures during food receiving, preparation, and storage.
Actively engage in annual training and professional development.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
