  •   Description: Short-call Substitute Teacher for grades PK-12 for school year 2024-2025 

    Job Summary:  This position would cover any teacher absences for grades Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12, the grade level may vary from day to day.    Starting pay for this position is $145.00 per day; increasing to $165.00 per day for consecutive days 6-15 in same classroom or assignment..  Starting date is September 3, 2024 or as soon as possible.  This position offers flexibility and variety from day to day.

    Qualifications:  Applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any field, and hold a Minnesota Short-Call teaching license through PELSB.  The District will assist in acquiring the short-call sub license if applicant does not currently hold one.

    Working Conditions:  Work schedule will follow the School District calendar, including days off for Spring Break and other non-school days.  Contract hours per school day are 7.33, which includes 30 minute duty-free lunch period.
