  Crookston Public Schools is a rural School District located in the Red River Valley in Northwest Minnesota serving over 1,100 students in grades Pre-K through 12.   

Crookston Public Schools is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Elementary Teacher starting on or around May 1, 2025 and continuing through the end of the 24-25 school year. This positions will be for grade 4.  Qualifications include holding a valid Minnesota Teaching license in the area of Elementary Education, or be in the process of acquiring one.  

Responsibilities include:  Promoting a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to individualized and small group instruction and student learning; developing lesson plans and instructional materials and maintaining an organized and well-managed classroom.  Candidate must have good communication skills and be relational with both students, parents and co-workers.
