Direct the hiring and orientation of new transportation staff and provide on-the-job training.  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Detail oriented person Creative problem solving skills Decision making skills that support positive student outcomes Conflict resolution skills, ability to de-escalate situations Ability to function positively in a stressful environment under time constraints Ability to communicate positively with drivers, aides, secretaries, mechanics, administrators, parents, and the public Obtain and maintain a CDL Class B license with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements Maintain Minnesota School Bus Driver qualifications and licenses  (Other duties may be assigned)

Van Driver – Houston Public Schools is looking for a flexible, conscientious individual to join our transportation staff. This is a part-time seasonal position during school hours.  Must have good communication skills and be able to get along with students.  Must be able to attend employer-required training and obtain relevant certifications.
