The Substitute Teacher of is responsible for the instructional program and implementation of activities for the students in the assigned classroom.
Salary: $13.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
Education: A minimum of 90 semester or 135 quarter hours with a 2.0 GPA or higher is required to obtain a Michigan Substitute Teacher Permit. Transcripts must be from a two or four-year regionally/nationally accredited college/university. The Michigan Substitute Teacher Permit must be renewed each school year.
Experience: Work experience in a child care or educational program preferred. Work experience with children or adults in a group home or foster care facility specializing as a caregiver for residents with special needs preferred.
