QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be qualified and certified to teach in the State of Michigan and possess the necessary educational background and certification for the position as determined by the district.
- Endorsement in American Sign Language (FS)
- Possess the ability to deliver high quality instruction using best practices.
- Possess excellent classroom management skills.
- Possess a strong desire to work with high school aged students and their parents.
- Embrace staff development, curriculum development and School Improvement.

- Be willing to participate in a variety of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.
- Be willing and able to deliver effective classroom instruction that results in student learning and growth.

- Demonstrate mental/physical ability and stamina for meeting the requirements of the position.

SALARY: Per DEA Master Agreement
