Salary:           $18.00/hour - 4 days/week 
                          *Monday - Thursday up to 7 hours/day

Qualifications:       
 
• Must meet district teacher assistant qualifications
• Current DCSD employee
• Qualities of assistants in the Summer Enhancement Program include:  motivational, fun, helpful, reliable, flexible, positive, self-directed and self-motivated, interested in working with students struggling with reading, easily adapts to new situations, possess creativity and ability to foster curiosity
• Must comply with CERDEP guidelines
 
       Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
