As a Camp Counselor, you'll play a key role in leading activities, supporting participants, and creating a fun and safe environment where everyone can thrive. You’ll work closely with campers, their families, and your fellow counselors to ensure every day is packed with joy, learning, and adventure.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead the Fun: Help organize and lead recreation and sports activities, ensuring everyone is included and having a blast!
- Be a Super Supporter: Assist campers with intellectual and physical disabilities, making sure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.
- Parent & Guardian Communicator: Stay in touch with parents and guardians to keep them updated and ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
- Team Leader & Planner: Supervise participants, complete necessary paperwork, and work with your fellow counselors to plan and execute activities that make each day unforgettable!
- Always Improving: Attend regular staff meetings to brainstorm new ideas and keep making Camp Happy Days better than ever!
- Special Event Superstar: Get ready to step up and be part of any special events throughout the summer, ensuring they’re a huge hit!

AGE: 16+;
PAY RATE: $13.50 per hour
HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (hours may vary). Work starts in May and runs through August.
